Common questions
It didn’t find my subject. Cutout works best when there’s a clear main subject. Use Touch up → Restore to paint back anything it missed, and Erase to remove leftovers.
My saved picture has a white background. JPG can’t be see-through. Choose PNG on the Save tab to keep the background transparent.
Cutout can’t save to Photos. Allow it in Settings → Cutout → Photos → Add Photos Only, or use Share to save it elsewhere.
Which iPhones work? Any iPhone on iOS 17 or later.
